What are your daycare hours?
We're open Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You can drop off your pet anytime between 8:00-10:00 AM and pick up between 5:00-8:00 PM.
Does my dog need to be socialized to attend daycare?
We accept dogs of all socialization levels! Before your first visit, we conduct a temperament assessment to determine the best play group for your pet. Even shy or less socialized dogs can benefit from gradual exposure in a controlled environment.
What should I bring for daycare?
Just bring your dog and their food for the day. We provide water, bowls, toys, and bedding for rest periods. If your dog has special dietary needs or takes medication, please inform us during drop-off.
Can I do a trial day before committing?
Absolutely! We encourage a trial day so you can see how your pet responds to daycare. Many pets take to it immediately, while others may need a few sessions to feel comfortable.
What if my dog doesn't play well with others?
