Absolutely! We can extend your stay with pro-rated pricing based on the monthly package rate. Simply let us know before your current package expires, and we'll arrange the extension.
Can I visit my pet during their stay?
Yes! We encourage visits. Schedule a time with us, and you're welcome to visit your pet. We do ask that visits be scheduled to minimize disruption to your pet's routine and other boarders.
What happens if my pet gets sick during their stay?
We monitor all pets daily for health concerns. If your pet shows signs of illness, we'll contact you immediately and provide on-site veterinary consultation. Any additional veterinary care costs are the owner's responsibility.
Is payment required upfront?
